Dear BMPAH family and friends,

We are continuing to implement and adapt plans and protocols based on the best direction from public health guidelines and veterinary authorities, so that our hospital team is able to continue to provide care for our patients.

Effective March 23rd, 2020, these are the updated safety measures that we are taking during this time with COVID-19.

CHANGES TO CLINIC HOURS & METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Our hospital hours of operation will be changed to 9am – 4pm Monday to Saturday

-       The adjusted hours will provide our staff additional time for cleaning and sanitizing the hospital daily.

At this time, we are no longer accepting cash, but are still accepting credit and debit card payments.

Upon arrival at the hospital:

1)     Please CALL us from your car to notify us of your arrival.

-       If you do not have a phone with you, please knock on the front door.

2)    One of our staff members will come out to you as soon as possible to escort your pet inside for their appointment/ procedure. You will be asked to please remain in your car or outside in the parking lot unless otherwise specified.

-        In special circumstances, we will allow a maximum of ONE pet parent to accompany their pet for the appointment

3)    Once our doctor has examined your pet, we will contact you by phone to go over the exam findings, recommendations and treatment plan. The estimate for the visit will be given at this time. Please specify your preferred payment method.

4)    When your pet is ready to go home with you, we will call to inform you and escort your pet back outside/ to your car along with any medications from the visit.

5)    Payment for the visit can be done by debit or credit card. Over the phone method is preferred and cash/cheques are temporarily not accepted at this time.

Thank you for trusting us with your pet’s care and please do not hesitate to reach out if we can assist you in any other way.

Best,

BMPAH Staff
